Field Trip Leader: Paul Miller

”Mindful Birding” is a term used for a relaxed and contemplative experience of nature and birds. The Sierra Discovery Trail is located at 5,000 foot elevation along the Bear River within a mature conifer forest. It provides a cool shaded location for a slow paced mindful birding trip. We will find locations to sit and experience the natural beauty while both listening for, watching, and photographing birds.

Field Trip Registration: Registration is required for this trip and is limited to 8 participants. This trip is FULL. Directions and confirmation of exact meeting location and time will be provided upon registration.
