Given by Sacramento Audubon birders and naturalists, our 30 - 60 minute presentations are available for a variety of groups from students to garden clubs. An Audubon volunteer will work with your group to try to find the right program.

Bird Walks for Groups

Scouting groups, homeschool groups, garden clubs, and families are just some of those who have joined us for educational bird walks in the greater Sacramento Area. We’ll help you chose a great location and set you up with an expert leader.

There is no cost for Sacramento Audubon Society’s walks or presentations. Our hope is that participants will be inspired to join additional Sacramento Audubon activities and develop a deeper interest in the environment.

 

Effie Yeaw Nature Center School Programs

Sponsored by Sacramento Audubon Society

For Title 1 schools in the Greater Sacramento Area, Sacramento Audubon Society will pay for your class to participate in any of the School Programs offered by Effie Yeaw Nature Center. These programs can be held in your classroom or at the Nature Center. There are a variety of programs created for different elementary school age groups during the school year, fall to spring.
